Types of power plants

Hydropower plants (HPPs) are very efficient sources of energy. They use renewable resources – the mechanical energy of falling water.

Nuclear power plant (NPP) – a power plant in which atomic (nuclear) energy is converted into electrical energy.

Thermal power plants (TPPs) are the most powerful power plants located at fuel extraction sites. TPPs, which use calorific, transportable fuel, are focused on consumers.
