What is the Advanced Innovation Program?
Last month, M-WERC announced their latest innovation program, the Advanced Innovation Program, or AIP. This program is the second phase of WERCBench Labs, and will help startup teams develop the skills that will prepare them to present to investors. Instructors will position the start up teams to be attractive to investors, develop plans for revenue growth, and expand their set of networking capabilities to prepare for presentations to investors, concluding the program.
This week was the last week teams met at M-WERC’s Energy Innovation Center for WERCBench Labs. After the 12 weeks of work teams put into the program, they are ready to give their 5-minute pitches to investors, city leaders, mentors, and peers at Demo Day on January 26, 2016.
At H2Q Solutions we offer high quality fresh produce for Local boutique restaurants, and regular people in the community. We insure this through our built in, automated control system. This automated system regulates the necessary nutrients, water, and lighting needed to grow your plants while monitoring the temperature, pH balance, and humidity. Smart watering features makes you feel comfortable about the well-being of your plants. Especially when you are gone or on vacay. It’s like giving your plant a personal trainer.
Last Tuesday was week 8 of WERCBench Labs. Before class started, teams were able to enjoy a Lunch N Learn from members of the Wipfli team. This was a great conversation between start-up teams, mentors, and the Wipfli team on taxes, auditing, and accounting.
